ABOUT THE PROJECT

Products Built For
Real Workloads

Three products in active development — an AI-assisted live chat suite, a decoupled API platform, and real-time multi-user infrastructure. Each one ships on its own pipeline and scales independently.

  • AI Chatbot & Live Chat Integration
  • Frontend & Backend Separation — RESTful API Design
  • Real-Time Multi-User & Interactive Platforms

PROJECT 01 — LIVECHAT

Conversations
that answer
themselves

An AI-first support desk: the chatbot resolves routine questions on its own, and hands the thread to a human the moment it can’t — context, history and all.

AI Chatbot

OpenAI-powered replies trained on your own docs — resolving repeat questions without an agent in the loop.

Agent Handoff

Seamless bot-to-human escalation with full transcript, plus multi-language support across English and Indonesian.

Data & Insight

Every conversation logged to the database and piped into analytics — resolution rates, volume and deflection.

Project 02 — Edge Security

Traffic Filtered
Before It Ever
Reaches Your Server

Cloudflare sits in front of every request — CDN caching, WAF rules and DNS under one roof. Rate limiting and traffic alerting absorb volumetric attacks, with a written response plan for the ones that get through.

DDoS Protection

Volumetric attacks absorbed at the edge — throttled, alerted on, and escalated against a written playbook

Mitigation Strategies, Response Planning, Rate Limiting, Traffic Monitoring and Alerting

Azure & AWS
via SDK

One integration layer over both providers — storage, identity and compute without vendor-specific rewrites

Cloud Storage (S3 / Blob Storage), Authentication and Identity, Serverless Functions, Cost Monitoring

Security & Compliance

Hardened by default — tested, logged and recoverable, so an incident never becomes an outage
